1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WOB (wob.fr), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WOB is an automated checkout security testing platform for e-commerce stores. Our service includes:

  • Automated checkout flow testing using AI agents
  • Payment page integrity scanning (skimmer detection)
  • Payment processor health monitoring
  • Alerts and reporting via email, Slack, and webhooks

3. Account Registration

To use WOB, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be authorized to act on behalf of the entity you represent
  • Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Authorized Use

You may only use WOB to test websites and checkout flows that you own or have explicit authorization to test. You agree not to:

  • Test websites without the owner s authorization
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Share your account with unauthorized users

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • WOB offers subscription plans with different feature levels and test quotas
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe s Terms of Service
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for requests

6. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. During the trial:

  • No payment information is required
  • Access may be limited compared to paid plans
  • The trial automatically ends after the specified period

7. Test Data and Credentials

  • Test credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used solely for executing your configured tests
  • You are responsible for ensuring that test credentials are designated for testing purposes only
  • WOB does not process real customer payment data
  • Test results are retained according to your subscription plan (7 to 90 days)

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • Experience unplanned downtime due to technical issues
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WOB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from security breaches on your store that WOB did not detect

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the WOB platform are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time:

  • You may cancel your subscription through your account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
